Jason Osaki, President, specializes in ITS and communications networks.  He has ITS experience with every phase of project development including planning, systems engineering, design, procurement, deployment, integration, troubleshooting and maintenance. Jason has worked on ITS projects across the nation for both the private and public sectors. He founded Apex Design in 2005.
