Nate Algoe, P.E.

Nate Algoe has eight years of transportation and ITS related experience and is one of the founding Principals of Apex Design. Nate has a depth of experience in state-of-the art ITS solutions, fiber optic design, network design, and design of ITS device installations. As a result of his service as an on-staff consultant for the Colorado Transportation Management Center (CMTC), is intimately familiar with CDOT’s statewide ITS infrastructure. Prior to his work at the CTMC, Nate was lead ITS Engineer on the T-REX design-build project in Denver, responsible for engineering, discipline coordination, and plan production of 17 miles of dense ITS infrastructure. Through his design-build and maintenance experience, he has developed an acute ability to consider implementation, maintenance, and life-cycle costs in engineering ITS solutions.
