Traffic Signal Construction Administration

Apex Design performs traffic signal construction administration for Douglas County. We help ensure construction activities are performed per the specifications of the County and that all work stays on schedule and within budget. Our staff acts as a liaison between County staff and contractors to interpret engineering plans, measure quantities and review contractor submittals and pay applications.
