Scott Thomas, P.E., PTOE

Scott Thomas, PE, PTOE, has expertise in ITS and traffic engineering. He has been involved in some of the most innovative ITS projects in Colorado including active traffic management, vehicle tracking, tolling, and transit signal priority. Scott has also worked alongside field technicians to complete field wiring, device installation and configuration, and traffic controller programming.
