Marketing and Proposal Coordinator
Our Marketing and Proposal Coordinator must exercise the highest level of confidentiality, professional judgment, and discretion. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality, share our team-oriented approach, and thrive while handling multiple, diverse tasks. This is an exciting position that requires exceptional organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. We are looking for an individual who is creative, efficient, and proactive.
General Duties
Duties will include, but not be limited to, helping our marketing team:

- Prepare and submit Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Qualifications (RFQs)
- Mine bid sites and CIP Updates for project leads
- Maintain marketing pipeline and coordinate efforts for marketing clients
- Prepare and maintain marketing materials, including firm biographies, staff resumes, project summaries, project photos, statements of qualifications, headshots, and letters of commendation
- Support development of proposal sections in compliance with RFPs with guidance from leadership and project managers
- Create responses to requests for information (RFIs)
- Support the development of proposal interview materials
- Participate in marketing and strategy meetings; distribute and track action items
- Interface with our graphic designer to create visually appealing materials
- Develop and review project-related graphics, writing, and presentations
- Help with social media posts, client gifts, promotional products, event planning, and other internal and external communications
- Assist with administrative tasks as necessary
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or English with related work experience
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Previous experience in the Architectural/Engineering/Construction (A/E/C) industry preparing statements of qualifications and proposals is highly desired
- Must possess strong computer software skills, including Microsoft Office (with an emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook) and Adobe Suite
- Must display sound judgment and strong attention to detail, relate well to others, have a professional demeanor, prioritize customer satisfaction, and be well-organized
- Must be flexible, self-motivated, able to prioritize multiple tasks, coordinate shifting priorities, respond to short-term deadlines, and carry a heavy and diverse workload
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English

Traffic Management Operations – Traffic Operations Dispatcher
We are seeking a self-motivated, detail- oriented professional that can work well in a team environment to help monitor and alert motorists of traffic and weather incidents and construction activities during a major interstate reconstruction project. The Traffic Operations Dispatcher will help maintain a safe working environment for the construction staff and alert authorities of any issues. The position will initially be a remote from home position, but will eventually be located at the CDOT Traffic Operations Center at 425C Corporate Circle, Golden CO 80401. Remote work will not be allowed once the COVID 19 restrictions are lifted and reporting to that location will be mandatory. This is a full-time position that will require being able to work shift work mainly Monday – Friday. Some weekend and holiday work may be necessary. Training and a computer will be provided for the selected candidate.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Review traffic camera feeds to scan for any incidents and contact proper authorities
- Monitor road and weather conditions; make decisions and activate the recommended warning messages to alert the travelling public
- Monitor that all systems are working properly
- Provide weekly performance reporting
- Perform data collection
- Coordinate traffic control at job sites
- Support the development of proposal interview materials
- Follow standard operating procedures and document accordingly
Education and/or Experience Requirements
- Excellent communication skills with a great attitude
- Proficient with Word and Excel along with using the internet-based programs
- Experience using systems to monitor and troubleshoot
- Traffic knowledge a plus
- Ability to handle multiple duties in a fast-paced environment
- Former law-enforcement, public safety or security experience a plus

Accountant
We are seeking a competent, highly organized, and reliable Accountant to join our team. Senior ITS Engineer

Roadway Engineer
This position is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and highly-skilled roadway design professional who wishes to be part of our expanding team. The successful candidate will play an important role in the design of numerous major roadway system improvement projects throughout Colorado for state and local public agencies, and federal public-land roadways.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Design and analysis of freeways, interstate highways, interchanges, urban and rural roadways, and shared-use trails.
- Prepare studies, reports, plans, specifications, and cost estimates for a wide variety of transportation projects.
- Assist with design of multidisciplinary traffic and Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) projects.
- Support project managers with client relations, stakeholder management, and sub consultant coordination.
- Coordinate and work with a team of project managers, design engineers, technicians, and support staff to successfully complete a variety of projects.

Licenses/Registrations
